These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the official website for Y2K, the Musical, operated by SpooLoo Entertainment.

By accessing the website, submitting a form, uploading materials, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or submit information through its forms.

02

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, design, graphics, logos, text, production materials, photographs, audiovisual elements, software, and other creative assets are owned by or licensed to SpooLoo Entertainment and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website for personal, informational, and noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, modify, scrape, repurpose, or create derivative works from protected website content without prior written permission.

No right, title, license, or ownership interest is transferred to you by your use of the website.

03

Musical Content

The title Y2K, the Musical, along with associated scripts, characters, songs, lyrics, recordings, arrangements, artwork, promotional concepts, and production materials, represents proprietary or licensed creative content.

Website access does not grant permission to perform, record, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, license, merchandise, or otherwise exploit any portion of the musical or its related creative materials.

Any authorized use of production content must be governed by a separate written agreement with SpooLoo Entertainment or the applicable rights holder.

04

Audition Submissions

The website may accept applications and materials from performers, musicians, dancers, production professionals, volunteers, and other prospective participants.

By submitting an application, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit all uploaded materials.

You grant SpooLoo Entertainment permission to review, copy, internally share, organize, and retain submitted materials for casting, recruitment, evaluation, production planning, recordkeeping, and related administrative purposes.

You retain ownership of original materials you submit. Your submission does not give SpooLoo Entertainment ownership of your résumé, headshot, portfolio, recording, or other original applicant content.

Submission of an application does not guarantee an audition, callback, interview, casting decision, role, contract, payment, employment, volunteer placement, or future communication.

05

User Conduct

You agree to use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, availability, or use by others.

You may not use the website to:

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonated information.
  • Upload malicious software, executable code, corrupted files, or materials intended to disrupt a system.
  • Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or invasive of another person's privacy.
  • Upload content that infringes copyrights, publicity rights, trademarks, contractual rights, or other third-party rights.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, upload limits, storage restrictions, or other security controls.
  • Harvest information, automate excessive requests, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with website infrastructure.

SpooLoo Entertainment may reject, remove, restrict, or report submissions or activity that violates these terms or presents a security, legal, production, or operational risk.

07

Production Information

Dates, venues, casting information, application opportunities, personnel, schedules, ticketing information, and other production details may change as planning continues.

SpooLoo Entertainment may revise, postpone, cancel, replace, or remove production information or website features without prior notice when reasonably necessary.

You should rely on confirmed communications, executed agreements, or official ticketing records rather than preliminary website information when making financial, travel, employment, or scheduling decisions.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SpooLoo Entertainment does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, free from harmful components, or suitable for every purpose.

Website information is provided for general informational and production-administration purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, employment, professional, or contractual advice.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpooLoo Entertainment and its owners, officers, personnel, contractors, representatives, licensors, and production partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of—or inability to use—the website.

This limitation includes, where legally permitted, losses associated with website interruptions, submission errors, lost data, unauthorized access, third-party services, reliance on preliminary production information, or decisions made in connection with an application.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10

Changes to These Terms

SpooLoo Entertainment may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in the website, production, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
